 Message from the President  We are excited to share with you our first edition of "The Communicator." With this addition to our customer outreach program, I would like to share just a few thoughts about how we can build on our current customer outreach programs through improved communication.   Cox Cares SpotlightAs the first elected member of the outside Board of Directors, Bill Masters has watched Cox Industries transform into the business it is today.  Frameguard Introduced to Product Line Sumter Wood Preserving of Cox Industries, Inc. is proud to announce that Frameguard has been added to our product line.  Cox Partners with Habitat for Humanity November marked the kick-off of the Cox Habitat House project campaign, due for completion by the end of 2007. Victory Junction Gang In lieu of dealer Christmas gifts, this year Cox donated $15,000 to Victory Junction Gang in their honor. |
David Brandenburg, formerly of Hoover Treated Wood Products, Thomson, GA, joins Cox Industries, Inc. as Vice President of Sales. 
The first sales person to call on Berlin Myers Lumber Corporation was Bill Cox Sr. in 1954. "He made a sale and a friend," said Berlin Myers Jr. Myers says that Cox operates much in the same way as they do by providing great service and quality products. "It has been, and I'm sure will continue to be, a combination that will always make the independent building supply a success," said Myers.
