For customers, this means Saia now offers real-time information about exactly where shipments are, even if they're in transit and have not yet been delivered. It's just another way we're giving you delivery like no one else.
Improving our cross-dock program also adds to our real-time tracking efforts. Our program shows us where a shipment is and where it needs to be, improving productivity as it helps with dock planning. It allows us to see more accurately shipments that may be in jeopardy, enabling us to make the necessary adjustments so shipments are delivered on time.
