Our attention to excellence starts when you make your first pick-up request. You may not be familiar with the person who receives the request, but they know you, and your shipments. They will be aware of your situationfor instance, if you close early on a particular day, or if you have special pick-up needs. They will make sure any need is taken care of.
From there the driver at the dock knows if he needs any special equipment to get your packages picked up properly and on time. When he arrives for pick-up, he knows exactly where to place his tractor to get the shipment, and whom to speak with in order to make the pick up. Having carried your shipments before, he will know just how to place them on the truck to ensure they arrive as they did when they left your business. Returning to the terminal, the dock workers recognize your shipment, even before it comes off the truck, and know how to handle it and where to put it so it makes it to the right destination intact.
